This is also a residential workshop where methods to heal the heart are imparted. The Energetic Heart is a very vital part of our existence and is a source to experience our true potential. If this area becomes toxic for reasons beyond our control and for reasons where we are responsible, our personalities undergo a kind of energetic contraction and we are severed from experiencing our true potential.

By learning methods to cleanse this toxicity one goes closer to his/her divine self. This workshop is also conducted once a year and is an extension to Sapt Chakra Shuddhi kriya.
